I've been training for years and I'm still stuck. Will this work for me?
This is exactly who I work with most. Intermediate lifters in purgatory, doing everything right on paper, seeing nothing in the mirror. The problem is almost never effort. I can only train 3 days a week. Is that enough?
Yes. Most of my clients train 3-4 days. As a natural lifter, that’s genuinely all you need when the sessions are built properly. You don’t need to live in the gym. You need to make every session count.

No. I don’t do rigid meal plans you’ll quit. We build nutrition around foods you actually like, with enough structure to hit your targets and enough flexibility to live your life.
