I still remember what it felt like to be the skinniest guy in the room.

60kg. Arms like sticks. The kind of body that disappears in a crowd.

Growing up, I was obsessed with the physiques I saw on screen. Arnold Schwarzenegger in Terminator. Sylvester Stallone in Rocky. Triple H dominating in WWE. Goku and Vegeta powering up in Dragon Ball Z.

I wanted to look like them. Strong. Powerful. Like a superhero.

But everyone told me the same thing:

“Those guys are all on steroids. You’ll never look like that naturally.”

I refused to believe it.

So I set out to prove them wrong.

20 Years of Research, Trial, and Transformation

For the next two decades, I became obsessed with figuring out what actually works for natural lifters.

I studied Sports Science at university. I read every research paper I could find. I experimented with every training style, every diet, every recovery protocol.

I made every mistake in the book — the bro splits that went nowhere, the dirty bulks that just made me fat, the crash diets that destroyed my muscle.

But slowly, through years of trial and error, I figured out what actually works.

And I transformed.

From 60kg to 85kg of lean muscle.

Single-digit body fat.

The superhero physique I’d dreamed of since I was a kid.

100% naturally. No steroids. No shortcuts. Just the right training, proper nutrition, and the mindset to stay consistent year after year.
